On the 25th day of each month, or next working day if that date falls on the weekend or holiday, we forward to you a statement that shows income and expenditure for that period, the monies due to you that have been electronically credited to your nominated bank account and the date to which the rent has been paid. Attached to this statement are the accounts that have been paid on your behalf.
